Dear Fellow Rotarians,
Welcome to a brand new Rotary Year! We have finally made it to the starting line.
All those hours we put into our year-long learning seminars are about to pay off, and it is officially time to take everything we’ve absorbed and put it into practice. I know we are all chomping at the bit to hit the ground running and turn those great ideas into reality!
As we kick things off, we also need to start getting our ducks in a row for your Governor’s visit. I know how much heart and soul every club pours into these preparations, and the district truly appreciates your dedication. However, I want to gently remind everyone that less is often more. Please don’t feel the need to
bend over backwards to put on a lavish show. Keeping things simple really is the best policy! Let’s focus our energy on the substance of our incredible work rather than stressing over the bells and whistles.
Looking ahead, this year is already shaping up to be one for the books. Thanks to the fantastic strategic planning you’ve all been doing behind the scenes, our calendar is jam-packed with exciting, meaningful, and memorable service projects. I believe you have laid a rock-solid foundation for your clubs.
Now, it all boils down to one final mission: getting out there and making it happen. Let’s roll up our sleeves, execute these wonderful plans, and create a lasting impact in our communities.
