September 19, 2026 marked a historic day for the Rotary International District 3780 (Quezon City, Philippines), a one-city Rotary District with about 108 Rotary Clubs membership.
District Governor Rhyan Virrey, during the Rotary Clubs Presidents Meeting, officially announced the fund-raising initiative – the “Drive Your Legacy Impact” Raffle event where Rotarians and the general public can purchase raffle tickets online through the District’s Online Raffle Platform at https://raflles.rotarydistrict3780.org/.
Verified District 3780 Rotarians can sign-up for the referral program, copy their Referral Link and share with friends and families. If someone buys tickets through a referral link – the Rotarian’s Rotary Club earns 60% share instantly, and can be monitored via the user’s Dashboard.
During the first 60 minutes of the launch, the Raffle platform, which accepts online payments via QRPh (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, GoTyme and partner bank apps like BPI, BDO, etc.) and Credit Card, processed almost 600 ticket purchases, including 5 Rotary Clubs which purchased 100 tickets each club!
The DICO Team developed the Raffle App which is hosted through DICO Lead Roel Abatayo’s MetaConnect Services infrastructure.
The Raffle App is part of a dozen other mini-apps integrated with Rotary International District 3780 main website – https://rotarydistrict3780.org/. It includes a membership hub, marketplace, subsites for Rotary Clubs, stories publication, club goals and reporting, including District analytics to help oversee the Clubs.
