Rotary International District 3780 Interact Club Leadership and Learning Seminar (ICLLS)

The Rotary International District 3780 Interact Club Leadership and Learning Seminar (ICLLS) celebrated another milestone on September 26, 2026, at Quezon City Science High School, bringing together a record-breaking 249 student participants, the highest attendance since ICLLS began. Hosted by the Rotary Club of Bagong Silangan (RCBS), led by President Ditoy Aguila, together with ICLLS Chair Rotarian Arn Aguinaldo, the event continued the club’s proud 14-year tradition of hosting ICLLS and helping develop the next generation of young leaders.

District Governor Rhyan Virrey delivered an inspiring address highlighting ICLLS's vital role in molding compassionate, responsible, and service-minded leaders. Governor Virrey urged the young delegates to see leadership not as a status symbol, but as a noble opportunity to serve others and bring positive change to their local communities.

Further enriching the seminar, Rotarian Libay Manuel shared valuable insights on tenacity, perseverance, and personal commitment. Drawing from her own professional journey, she demonstrated how Rotary’s Four-Way Test serves as an essential moral framework, proving that integrity, fairness, goodwill, and concern for others pave the path toward enduring success. For the Rotary Club of Bagong Silangan, hosting this landmark seminar reinforces a steadfast commitment to Rotary Youth Services. Fourteen years of hosting, 249 emerging student leaders, and one shared mission: inspiring the next generation to embrace integrity and live by Rotary's motto, Service Above Self, and create a lasting impact.
