A Celebration of Legacy, Leadership, and Lasting Impact DISTRICT INDUCTION 2026 By: Past President Thess Parungao On June 28, 2026, the Grand Ballroom of Solaire North, Quezon City, became the stage for one of the most remarkable milestones in the history of Rotary International District 3780—the District Induction 2026. The overwhelming attendance of over 800 participants underscored the growing influence of Rotary District 3780. The event brought together Rotarians from every corner of the district alongside community leaders, dignitaries, business executives, and valued partners, creating an atmosphere of celebration, collaboration, and renewed commitment to service above self. More than a ceremonial gathering, the event marked the beginning of a new chapter for District 3780 as District Governor Rhyan Virrey officially assumed the mantle of leadership, succeeding District Governor Veronica Yu, whose inspiring theme was "Unite for Good”. As Governor Veronica Yu formally handed over the district leadership, the symbolic transition represented not merely the passing of responsibility, but the continuation of Rotary's enduring mission. Taking the helm, District Governor Rhyan Virrey introduced his inspiring vision anchored on the Rotary International theme, "Create Lasting Impact." His administration, widely recognized as "The Legacy Year," calls upon every Rotarian to move beyond individual projects and create sustainable initiatives that will transform lives and communities for generations to come. In his message, Governor Virrey challenged every club to embrace purposeful leadership, meaningful partnerships, and service that leaves a lasting impact — strengthening Rotary's relevance in an ever-changing world. One of the defining highlights of the evening was the Multi-Club Induction Ceremony, where incoming club presidents, officers, and board members from across District 3780 were formally inducted into office. The ceremony showcased the district's unity, diversity, and collective commitment. Beyond the elegance of the evening and the grandeur of the ceremonies. The District Induction 2026 was more than an installation of officers—it was a celebration of continuity, a tribute to transformational leadership, and the beginning of a legacy that promises to create lasting impact for Rotary, its members, and the countless lives they touch. Congratulations to the Rotary Club of Midtown QC for hosting an extraordinary and successful district event.
