RI PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE As members of Rotary, we are all united across cultures, languages, and communities. Together, we share a responsibility not only to bring about change but also to ensure that the effects endure. That is why this year, we are called to Create Lasting Impact. When we work alongside communities, invest in people’s skills and leadership abilities, and measure our progress, we ensure that positive changes can continue in our communities and in ourselves long after a single project ends. When we focus our efforts and work together, we can maximize our impact in the year ahead. My friends, Rotary has the power to transform lives, including our own. As you plan your projects, welcome new members, and serve your community, I ask you to thoughtfully consider the impact you are making and how it will last. Together, we can Create Lasting Impact that endures across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves. Thank you for all that you do, and for all that we will accomplish together. “Change is only the beginning. Impact is what endures. We Must think of the long-term impact of every project.” OLAYINKA “Yinka” HAKEEM Babalola President, Rotary International RY 2026-2027
