GOVERNOR’S MONTHLY LETTER AUGUST 2026 District Team Begins the Year with Purpose at DTLS 2026–2027 District Rotaract Secretary CP Patricia Denise Cabreros Every meaningful journey begins with people who share the same vision. On April 11, 2026, fifteen Rotaract District Officers came together at MatTEAu's Food & Beverage House for the District Team Learning Seminar (DTLS), taking the first step toward a Rotary year dedicated to Creating Lasting Impact. More than a planning session, DTLS became a space where ideas were shared, friendships were strengthened, and a collective purpose was renewed. Through engaging plenary sessions and collaborative workshops, district officers aligned their goals, identified key priorities, and developed practical strategies that will guide the district throughout Rotary Year 2026–2027. Together, they explored how every committee, every initiative, and every leader plays a vital role in building a stronger and more impactful district. The conversations extended beyond plans and timelines. They sparked inspiration, encouraged collaboration, and reminded every officer that leadership is not carried alone—it is strengthened by trust, teamwork, and a genuine desire to serve others. As committees worked side by side, they laid not only the foundations of their projects but also the relationships that will sustain them through the challenges and successes of the year ahead. As the seminar came to a close, the district team left with more than refined goals and strategic plans. They carried with them renewed confidence, deeper connections, and a shared commitment to lead with purpose. United by one vision, the officers of Rotaract District 3780 are ready to transform plans into action, empower clubs across the district, and create a lasting impact—one leader, one project, and one community at a time.
