Gov. Domilo “Milo” Lucenario is from the Rotary Club of Balintawak and is currently the Kaohsiung Taiwan Zone Institute 2023 Promotions Chair. He served D3780 in various capacities as Club Trainers Committee Chair, Membership Committee Vice-Chair, Deputy District Secretary, Lieutenant Governor, Assistant Governor, AGR and is the founding and current president of RID 3780 Golfing Fellowship, Inc., composed of more than 120 Rotarian golfers, which helps clubs raise funds for service projects through golf tournaments.
A Rotarian since 2001, he served as First Class President in Rotary Year 2013-2014, a Paul Harris Society member and TRF Major Donor Level 1.
In support of the District, he served in the District Strategic Planning and Training teams; chaired various training seminars and major district events, such as District Awards 2013; District Induction 2010 and 2016; DISTAS 2017; Program Monitoring Chair for Manila Zone Institute 2019; MIDCON 2021, DISCON Golf; Rotary Family Day; District Team Training Seminar (DTTS) 2022. He is also a faculty member for Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) and Rotary Center for Leadership as course director for Club Trainers. He is a recipient of various District awards, among which are Outstanding Club Secretary, Club President and Outstanding Rotarian of the Year or TORY in 2018.
His educational background is Chemistry with Masteral units, Medicine (junior internship level) and Real Estate Management. His current work is in bid tender consulting, contracts management and government compliances for several construction companies. He is married to Spouse Ann with 4 children.
