Dear Fellow Rotarians,
Welcome to the Second Issue of the Governor’s Monthly Letter of Rotary District 3780!
Under our banner “CREATE LASTING IMPACT,” this issue focuses on Building Vibrant Clubs: Engaging Members to Create Lasting Impact. Membership is just the beginning. A club’s true strength comes not from its size, but from the energy, connection, and shared purpose of its members.
A vibrant club is where members feel they belong, ideas are welcomed, and everyone has the opportunity to make a difference. As highlighted in our recent Vibrant Club Workshop, member engagement isn't just a committee task—it is a shared responsibility.
As you read, ask yourself:
Are our members merely attending, or are they truly participating? Did they simply join Rotary, or have they found their purpose in it?
When members are engaged, clubs come alive,
service grows stronger, and Rotary creates a lasting impact.
Behind every successful project are people who
chose to care and serve. Let us continue building vibrant clubs and a stronger District 3780—one connection and one act of service at a time.
Happy reading, and let us continue creating impact that lasts beyond this Rotary year.
With Rotary pride and purpose,
Bhjorn “DAI" Paingan Editor-in-Chief Governor’s Monthly Letter Rotary International District 3780 Rotary Year 2026–2027
“Engage the member. Energize the club. Create lasting impact.”
