Written by The Rotary Club of Maharlika QC together with 19 Rotary Clubs of RI District 3780 held an Inter-club Meeting at Kalayaan Hall, Club Filipino in Greenhills, San Juan City last November 7, 2024 aimed at disaster preparedness.
The focus of this gathering was a crucial discussion on “Preparing for the BIG One,” aimed at exploring preparedness strategies, risk management, and ways to enhance community resilience in the face of significant challenges and emergencies.
USec Ariel F. Nepomuceno, Administrator from the Office of Civil Defense and Executive Director of National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) graced the event.
This meeting was an opportunity for Rotarians and stakeholders to unite, share knowledge, and reinforce our dedication to making a lasting impact in our communities.
